Jelly Bean Shown Running on LG Optimus 4X HD, Thanks to CM10

While the owner of Galaxy S3 and HTC One X got the taste of recently released Android 4.1 Jelly Been, others were left waiting. Though unlike the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7 tablet, the Jelly Bean on these devices was ported unofficially.

Well today is the day, the LG Optimus 4X HD owners can expect to get sweet Jelly Bean to be running on the device soon. Though, the LG Optimus 4X HD Jelly Bean upgrade will be flashed via CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) ROMs which is the latest version of CM9. And you can expect an OTA push soon.

CM’s leading developers, this morning, dropped a short teaser video showing the Jelly Bean-powered CM10 in action, which you can watch below.

ROM on the LG Optimus 4X HD works fine, though still has some issues like Google Now functionality. However, the quick development team looks promising to fix it soon as well. The video below takes us on a quick tour of CM10 by running through unlocking the screen and recording and playing back a video. Check it out after the break.
